Stupid Sexy Podcast Episode 64: Treehouse of Horror III

Chris and Dan review season four, episode five of the Simpsons, the third annual Treehouse of Horror episode of the Simpsons. Held together by a Halloween party narrative, this episode contains three of the best Halloween shorts the show has ever done. "Clown Without Pity" has an evil talking Krusty doll trying to kill Homer, "King Homer" is a retelling of the 1933 classic monster movie King Kong with Homer as the titular ape, and "Dial 'Z' For Zombies," where Bart and Lisa accidently raise the dead.

J-Bunny sits down on Skype (while drinking beer from Ghost Hawk Brewing Co, of course) and talks to Justin Stewart Cotta, former vocalist for the bands Memento, Man vs. Clock, and Nine Times Bodyweight, who has just released his debut solo album Melodies for Eulogies. In this lengthy discussion, they talk about how Justin came to the United States to audition for the band V.A.S.T, and how that ultimately led to forming the band Memento. They also discuss why Memento (and subsequent projects Man vs. Clock and Nine Times Bodyweight) kept breaking up, and why it has taken Justin so long to release his solo album even though he has had some of the songs for quite a while. Justin also discusses his acting career including his recent appearances on NBC's Young Rock. They also discuss the possibility of crowdfunding Justin's next album, some tales of working in a call center, and how Memento could have signed to Disturbed's label if they had made a different decision in the "Choose Your Own Adventure" book of life.
